All our Massage & Spa treatments are for WOMEN ONLY. We don't accept new male patients. This detoxifying & nourishing Ayurvedic massage is performed by our Practitioner using warm medicated herbal bags called boluses. The hand made linen boluses are filled with a combination of anti inflammatory herbs then tied into a small bags which are then dipped in warm herbal oils and massaged across the body. Includes a detoxifying marma point face massage with bronze kansa wand. Pinda Sweda is a traditional therapeutic treatment which has a wide array of benefits including: – Promoting blood circulation – Improving lymphatic drainage – Soothing nerves & relaxing muscles – Improving skin texture – Reducing overall pain, swelling and stiffness – Removing metabolic wastes – Releasing stress & anxiety – Inducing better sleep – Bringing complete relaxation to the body as well as the mind. This treatment is highly recommended for patients suffering from; osteo arthritis, muscle cramps, joint pain, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulders, neck pain and stiffness, lower back pain, hormonal imbalances and menopause. Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
