All our Shanti Steam Boxes are handcrafted and made to order- Orders can take up to 12 weeks to be dispatched for your pick up/or to our courier for air freight. Your exact date of dispatch will be sent once your order is received.

As all Shanti Steam boxes are bespoke & made to order your purchase is non- refundable.

Shipping Method

All Shanti Steam Boxes are flat packed and arrive in three boxes. Each order is professionally packed and delivered by our trusted courier partner, Pack & Send.

Delivery Timeframes

Major City Australian Deliveries:

Typically delivered within 3 days from dispatch to your local Pack & Send location.

Australian Regional Deliveries:

Delivery times and prices are confirmed by quote. Please allow 3-5 days from dispatch for delivery.

Approved International Deliveries:

Prices are confirmed by quote. Expect delivery in 5-7 days from dispatch (Door-to-Door service).

Australian Major City Delivery information-

Shanti Steam Box is delivered Flat Packed across three boxes and requires easy assembly. !Delivery is to your local Metropolitan Pack & Send Depot! Door to Door is not available for delivery to Australian Metro City addresses. The three boxes will fit into a SUV or 4 wheel drive cars.

We have created an easy to follow step by step assembly document & video.

Included across three boxes are- Nine wooden panels, easy assembly guide, care instructions, 2000V 4 litre Evaporator Machine with herb box, and Chamois.

Refund & Warranty Policy-

As all Shanti Steam boxes are bespoke & made to order your purchase is non- refundable.

We offer a 3-month craftsmen warranty - for craftsmen faults on your Shanti Steam Boxes and 12 month warranty on evaporator unit. Please contact us at hello@shantisteambox.com within seven (7) days of your shanti being delivered. And products must be returned 100% complete, in brand new condition ie- not been used or operated at all, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to not refund in full if the these conditions are not adhered too.
