Designed by Lydia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, we commence with a private 45 min Tantric Vedic Yoga & Meditation Class in indoor peaceful studio which overlooks the tranquility garden. 

If weather allows this class can be held across the road at Aldinga Beach.

Our popular Ayurvedic Goddess Facial & Indian Head Massage, utilizing dosha specific AWE Cosmeceuticals & bronze Kansa Wand.

Continued with a Full Body 60min Abhyanga Massage with heated medicated oils to holistically revitalize the mind-body constitution, with oils specifically designed for your dosha imbalances.

Then relax further in our traditional Indian Sauna "Swedana" in our custom made Shanti Steam box - followed by spa in our outdoor heated Hydrotherapy pool.

Then its time to sit down to a 2 course Ayurvedic Lunch, filled with prana filling plant based ingredients, sourced from Beach Organics farm. 

Conclude with our signature, nourishing Herbal bolus Massage & afternoon Yoga & Meditation Class.
