Luxury accommodation is intuitively designed with variety of room configurations available; king, queens or shared single beds. We allocate rooms on a "first in first dressed" policy.

As each season comes & goes with its own distinct personality, depending on your constitution and health concerns, the cooler months may increase your internal sense of harmony, or it may aggravate one of your innate tendencies.

All meals and accommodation are included. All guests receive an Ayurvedic Gift Basket on arrival with Body oil, Neem Body Soap, Copper Tongue Scraper & Seasonal Health Guide and Beach Towels, Bath Robes and Bath towels are provided.

Our Retreat program includes the addition of a popular creative floral arranging Workshop and Shelley Morris- Yoga Therapy Classes; Plus Ayurvedic Practitioner, Lydia Teaches guest how to create their own body oil and scrub using essential oils and herbs.

Day 1-

Arrival: 8am
Acknowledgment to Country

Then Morning Tea & Gift Baskets handed to guests

8.45am- Hatha Yoga with Shelley Morris, Yoga therapist @beyondtheposeyoga

10am: Sound Bath Therapy with Suzannah Dunstone @anandasoulmedicine

11am: Guests Treatments: Full body Massages, Traditional Indian Sauna & Hydrotherapy Spa therapy

12.30pm: Plant based Grazing lunch prepared by Real Life Foodie

6pm: Ayurvedic Autumn Cooking & Remedies Workshop & Long Table Dinner with Lydia

Day 2-

6.30am: Vedic Tantric Yoga & Meditation with Lydia

Then Breakfast prepared by Real Life Foodie

9am: Guests Massages, Traditional Indian Sauna & Hydrotherapy Spa

12.30pm: Plant based Grazing lunch prepared by Real Life Foodie

1.30pm: Creative Floral arranging workshop with Eleanor Clausen

5.45pm: Transfer to Lucky Duck Restaurant for Banquet Dinner

6pm- Lucky Ducks Restaurant -10 Course Plant Based Dinner @_luckducks_

8pm Transfer back to Shibumi Beach House

Day 3-

6.30am: Yin Yoga with Shelley Morris

Then Breakfast prepared by Real Life Foodie

8.45am: Vedic Chakra Meditation with Lydia

10am: Sound Bath Therapy with Suzannah Dunstone

11.30am- Make your own body oil & scrub workshop

12.30pm: Plant based Grazing lunch prepared by Real Life Foodie

2pm: Farewell

Booking Conditions:

If you choose to pay the deposit to secure your booking, we require the full amount on or by Sept 17th 2023. Our retreats are limited to 8 guests.

We can cater for all food allergies and if your vegan. All food prepared is Plant based.

*We are an Alcohol & Coffee Free Retreat

For cancellations 30 or more days prior to the start date- payments will be refunded for the total amount paid.

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start date 30% of the retreat cost will be refunded only.

Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to the start date will not be eligible for any refund (COVID related illness or other life circumstances that impact)
