Service Description

Price is for two guests. Designed by Lydia, studio founder & Ayurvedic Practitioner, we commence with a private 45 min Vedic Yoga & Meditation Class (or Anti Gravity Yoga) in our peaceful studio, overlooking our serenity garden. Followed by an Ayurvedic Seasonal lunch specifically designed for your seasonal dosha imbalances. Each guests receives the following Ayurvedic treatments consecutively. Our popular Ayurvedic Goddess Facial & Indian Head Massage, utilising dosha specific AWE Cosmeceuticals & bronze Kansa Wand. Continued with a Full Body 60min Abyanga Massage to holistically revitalize & relax the mind-body constitution, with oils specifically designed for your dosha imbalances. Concluding with a Swedana Herbal Steam in our custom made Shanti steam box. Our Day bed is positioned in sunlight overlooking our serenity garden provided for guest resting. Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
