We currently don't accept new male patient bookings Performed by our Ayurvedic Practitioner & tailored to each patients needs, this traditional massage treatment harnesses the ancient healing power of Ayurveda. This treatment packages includes: Indian Head Massage & Scalp Massage, Kansa Wand Facial Massage & Rose Water Eye mask, Full Body Ayurvedic Massage & Summer Herbal Exfoliation Scrub, Shanti Steam Sauna with organic ginger infusion Indian Head & Scalp Massage; Whilst seated- enjoy a relaxing Indian Head & Scalp massage focusing on the 37 marma points located in the crown, neck, face, shoulders & arms. This massage allows your nervous system to surrender, starting the journey towards deep relaxation. During this massage- your feet will be rested on a heated thermal pad, to increase circulation & nourishment to the nervous system. Kansa wand face massage & organic rose water eye mask; Kansa Wand is an Ayurvedic dome-shaped wand that is made up of a wooden stick and Kansa metal at the bottom. Kansa is a Sanskrit word that means bronze. Bronze is a metal alloy that is made up of tin, copper, and zinc. This tool was made to massage your skin and balance all the three doshas- Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Paired with a soothing organic eye mask to enhance calm to eyes & main sensory organ, your brain. Full body Ayurvedic Abyanga heated oil massage; with organic herbal oils focusing on Summer & bringing deep calm and rejuvenation of energy as we heads towards the warmer months. This nourishing massage includes the feet, legs, hips, arms, hands, neck & back whilst working across the marma point body network. Traditional Ayurvedic massage stimulates blood circulation encouraging quick removal of metabolic wastes and providing instant relief to diseases and energy and stamina to last throughout the day. Full body exfoliating herbal scrub with Ayurvedic organic herbs; Herbal scrub is massaged across the body with specific spring balancing herbs that remove accumlated toxins from skin- then enjoy a shower before sauna Shanti Steam sauna with organic ginger infusion- 15 mins sauna in our hand-crafted traditional Indian Shanti Steam Box where the patient is seated. Only below the head enjoys the benefits of steam therapy; your head is out of the box so your brain & lungs are not exposed to intense heat.

Cancellation Policy

Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
