Students will gain life changing knowledge to inspire your own health journey. This course also offers greater clinical & practical knowledge for Yoga Teachers, Massage Therapists & Professional healthcare workers

Comprehensive Curriculum: Our course covers the essential principles of Marma as Therapy, the significance of the Marma points, their locations, and their impact on the mind, body, and spirit. You will also learn about the tools and techniques used to stimulate these points for healing, rejuvenation, and prevention of diseases.

As Marmas are connected to the Chakras and nadis of Yoga [ our nervous system] so they are greatly effective for balancing the health of physical, mental and spiritual body.

2 Day Intensive Weekend -

Sept 5th & 6th at Port Elliot Wellness 9-4pm

+ 1 online Intensive Online lectures [Zoom] Sept 1st 6pm-8.30pm

The lecture is accompanied with a multiple-choice quiz to apply your weekly learnings.Course Structure:All Lectures are live for interactive student participation are recorded over Zoom, this is an interactive course, with question time & tasks set.
