6 night/7 Day Ayurvedic Wellness Nature Retreat filled with adventurous spirit to awaken your mind, body spirit & senses

Our retreats are limited to 8 adult guests- attendees must be 18 years or older. Sorry, but our retreats are not suitable for children.

3 nights at Yardie Homestead Chalets- Cape Range National Park

Day 2- Full Day Award winning Whale Shark Tour

Retreat Booking Conditions:

To secure your place, we require bookings made via our website.

Please read our booking terms below before booking; to accept our booming conditions before booking/payment.

As this retreat includes ocean swimming & snorkeling, it is a requirement that all guests must be able to swim, unassisted.

Airport transfers are included, but it's the guest's responsibility to book flights to and from Learmonth Airport, Exmouth Western Australia and must arrive on Saturday May 18th for airport transfer to accommodation. The retreat organizers take no responsibility for missed or delayed flights and ask all guests to communicate flight delays.

Retreat is fully catered for- which includes- Three meals per day, *except arrival day and final day= all food is plant based, vegetarian- though we can offer 2 lunches with freshly caught local fish if desired.

We can cater for all food allergies (and if your vegan)- a guest retreat form will be sent upon booking,

*We are a Smoking, Alcohol & Coffee Free Retreat- we ask all guests to accept this and not to bring any coffee or alcoholic drinks with them. If this is not respected, guests may be asked to leave the accommodation.

Cancellation and refund policy

1. 30% Deposit Payment Bookings $959- If you cancel within 30 or less days after your deposit payment was made- your deposit will be refunded for the total amount paid- Your refund will be sent within 10 working days.

Second & Final Payment 70%- $2240 due by Feb 1st 2025 - Cancellations made by Feb 1st 2025 will result in 50% of this payment being refunded. Cancellations after Feb 18th 2025 will result in no refund.

2. Paid In full Bookings- $2929.00

If you cancel within 90 or less days after your payment was made- your payment will be refunded for the total amount paid- Your refund will be sent within 10 working days.

Cancellations made by Feb 1st 2026 will result in 50% of this payment being refunded. Cancellations after Feb 1st 2026 will result in no refund.

3. Operator Cancellation clause-

Due to the unlikely event that the operator has to cancel or postpone the retreat due to Government Lockdowns acts of gods; bushfires, floods or pandemics- or due to the organizer/host personal grievances such as; injuries/illness- this will result in guest receiving credit towards any future Yogadeva Retreats, including solo 3 Day Panchakarmas at Aldinga Beach, SA- held by Port Elliot Wellness OR guests can directly transfer to the 2027 Yogaveda Exmouth, WA 7 Day Retreat- No refunds will be sent. This is final.
