All our Massage & Spa treatments are for WOMEN ONLY. We don't accept new male patients. Panchakarma is an ancient practice of healing and rejuvenation, which takes an individual through the journey of discovery, cleansing and awakening of one’s healing energies and senses. The methods of Panchakarma treatment have been recorded in the thousands of years old Vedic texts along with other ancient medical teachings practised traditionally in India. Based on the principles of maintaining harmony and balance within the mind, body and spirit through the right habits, food, herbs and breathing techniques, these Ayurvedic practices still find relevance in the modern world. Below is seasonal recommended Treatment schedule for our 3 day Panchakarma - though this treatment schedule is subject to vary & tailored to patients current health status Includes pre-retreat Online Health Consult Retreat preparation kit (sent to you 1-2 weeks prior to retreat) Day 1- 7am start daily 1:1 Morning Yoga & Meditation session (45mins) Ayurvedic Breakfast & Dosha Detoxing Tea Morning Treatment- 1 hour Abyanga Massage, Herbal Scrub & Steam sauna Ayurvedic Lunch & Dosha Detoxing Tea Afternoon Treatment- Udvartana Dry Powder Massage & Steam sauna 1:1 Aerial Yoga & Meditation session- (45mins) Prepared Ayurvedic Dinner (takeaway) Day 2- 1:1 Morning Yoga & Meditation session (45mins) Ayurvedic Breakfast & Dosha Detoxing Tea Morning Treatment- 1 hour Abyanga Massage, Herbal Scrub & Steam sauna Ayurvedic Lunch & Dosha Detoxing Tea Afternoon Treatment- Nasyam Therapy with Indian Head massage & Goddess facial 1:1 Aerial Yoga & Meditation session- (45mins) Prepared Ayurvedic Dinner (takeaway) Day 3 1:1 Morning Yoga & Meditation session (45mins) Ayurvedic Breakfast & Dosha Detoxing Tea Morning Treatment- 1 hour Abyanga Massage, Herbal Scrub & Steam sauna Ayurvedic Lunch & Dosha Detoxing Tea Afternoon Treatment- Herbal Bolus Massage & Nashyam therapy 1:1 Aerial Yoga & Meditation session- (45mins) Prepared Ayurvedic Dinner (takeaway) Conditions of Booking. Cancelation Policy- We require no less than 7 days notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. Cancellations within 7 days will be receive a credit voucher to reschedule the retreat. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued. 7

Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
