Anti Gravity Yoga Private Class

Service Description

For 1 or 2 people! This private session is with our Practitioner, Lydia, and is designed to introduce you to the Anti Gravity Resorative Yoga and the range of moves that can be achieved with time and practice. All sessions start and end with meditation & breathing exercises with Vedic music to enhance relaxation. Lydia will run through some of the foundational techniques to enable you to feel comfortable and confident with the placement and movement of the Hammock, such that we can progress for you to attend our weekly scheduled classes and achieve to more fluid sequences where our focus will be on moving with the breath. Please NOTE: Sessions are held outdoors and if its too cold & high winds or raining, your session may be cancelled (full refund will be issued) or postponed to another suitable time. ** You must not wear make up and all jewellery must be removed. Cancellation Policy

Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
