It supports overall wellbeing, enhances vitality, and brings calm to the nervous system — helping you feel grounded, clear, and energetically renewed. This full-body ritual is ideal for restoring energy levels, supporting emotional balance, and preparing the body for shifts in temperature, lifestyle, and seasonal energy fluctuations. Your experience begins with a soothing Indian Head & Scalp Massage, performed in a seated position. This deeply calming therapy focuses on marma (energy) points of the head, neck, and shoulders, helping to release mental tension, quiet the mind, and support nervous system regulation. You will then move into a Full Body Ayurvedic Herbal Bolus Massage (Pinda Sweda), performed by an Ayurvedic Practitioner using warm, herbal-infused boluses. This rhythmic, therapeutic treatment helps to detoxify the tissues, ease muscular tension, and restore energetic flow throughout the body. This treatment may assist with: Muscle stiffness, pain, and inflammation Poor circulation and fluid retention Stress, anxiety, and nervous system fatigue Sluggish lymphatic flow and toxin buildup Sleep disturbances and low energy The herbal bolus massage works deeply through the tissues to stimulate circulation, support detoxification, and promote relaxation while nourishing the skin and improving overall vitality. Your experience continues with a Herbal Full Body Exfoliation Scrub, gently polishing the skin, improving texture, and encouraging lymphatic movement and renewal. The ritual concludes with Swedana (traditional Ayurvedic steam bath therapy) in our custom-built Shanti Steam Box, supporting gentle detoxification and deep relaxation while the head remains outside for comfort and safety. You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, energised, and deeply restored. Please bring: bathers, sandals, and a towel. Booking Conditions Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for refunds. Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): Due to illness, COVID-related issues, government restrictions, or emergencies, bookings will be rescheduled or issued as a credit voucher. No refunds will be provided.
