The Harmony for Two Retreat All massage and spa treatments are for women only; we do not accept new male patients. * Pricing covers two guests - Port Elliot or Aldinga Designed by Lydia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, the day begins with a private 60-minute Tantric Hatha Yoga & Meditation Class in a peaceful indoor studio overlooking the tranquility garden. Sattvic Morning Tea is served. Itinerary (concise flow) Ayurvedic spa sequence for two guests (one guest before lunch, one guest after lunch) Signature treatment: Shirodhara Surrender with Full Body Abhyanga Massage using heated medicated oils tailored to your dosha imbalances. Swedana (Traditional Indian sauna): Concluded in our custom-made Shanti Steam box. Lunch: 2-course Sattvic Vegan Lunch, seasonally prepared with organically grown produce. Rest & private facility access: A day bed is provided in the studio for resting; guests have exclusive access to the day studio with a private bathroom for the duration of the retreat. Closing: 45-minute Sound Bath & Guided Meditation. Logistics Retreat start: 9:00 am; ends by 4:00 pm. Cancellation policy: A minimum of 96 hours’ notice is required to refund the full booking price. COVID-related policy: In the event of SA Government lockdowns or COVID restrictions, bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or issued as credit vouchers. No refunds will be issued.
