Ayurvedic Day Retreat Experience All treatments are strictly for **women only**. We currently do not accept new male patient bookings. This immersive Ayurvedic day retreat is designed to restore balance across mind, body, and spirit through movement, nourishment, and therapeutic healing rituals. Created by founder and Ayurvedic Practitioner **Lydia Rega**, this experience blends yoga, meditation, massage, facial therapy, steam, and seasonal nutrition for complete renewal. Private Restorative Yoga & Meditation (45 Minutes)** Your journey begins with a private 1:1 Vedic Yoga and Meditation session in our peaceful studio overlooking the serenity garden (or, weather permitting, at nearby Boomers Beach). This grounding practice is designed to calm the nervous system, improve clarity, and gently prepare the body for therapeutic treatment. Seasonal Ayurvedic Lunch Enjoy a nourishing **Ayurvedic plant-based lunch**, thoughtfully prepared to support your dosha balance and seasonal wellbeing. Herbal tea is also included. Goddess Facial – Kansa Wand Therapy** Your first treatment is a rejuvenating **Ayurvedic Goddess Facial**, using dosha-specific **AWE Cosmeceuticals™** and traditional bronze Kansa Wand therapy.
