Discover a new level of holistic healing with Port Elliot Wellness and our exclusive 4 Yoga therapy Sessions package. Begin with an Ayurvedic Health Online Consult with Lydia Rega Adv Dip. Ayurveda, to discuss your current health needs and how Indian medicine will help your mind, body and spirit achieve greatness, prevent disease and promote longevity in life. You will then receive a detailed treatment plan and commence with 4 weekly online Yoga therapy sessions, where each class has tailored asanas, meditation and breathing exercises specifically prescribed to your individual wellness outcomes. Our Yoga Therapy package is designed for 4 x 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions- which are pre-paid in advance and non-refundable. Sessions are required to be booked & conpleted within 6 months of the first session booking date and are not transferable.  Once this package is booked by choosing your preferred date for your Online Health Consultation; Lydia will be in touch to discuss your preferred time to book your weekly 1:1 Yoga therapy sessions, which will also be recorded for you to re watch any time. Yoga Therapy sessions can be booked withing the days Tuesdays-Saturdays and between the hours of 6.30am-7pm.
