HYDROTHERAPY SPA. 2 COURSE LUNCH Designed by Lydia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, we commence with a private 45 min Tantric Vedic Yoga & Meditation Class in indoor peaceful studio which overlooks the tranquility garden. If weather allows this class can be held across the road at Aldinga Beach. We commence with our popular Ayurvedic Goddess Facial utilizing dosha specific products & Kansa wand massage. Continued with a Full Body 60min Abhyanga Massage with heated medicated oils to holistically revitalize the mind-body constitution, with oils specifically designed for your dosha imbalances. Concluding with a Traditional Indian Sauna "Swedana" in our custom made Shanti Steam box and then followed by Float in outdoor heated Hydrotherapy pool. Then after showering in our waterfall shower, sit down for a plant based Ayurvedic Lunch. Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *72 hours notice prior to start time to refund the full booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
