Service Description
All our Massage & Spa treatments are for WOMEN ONLY. We don't accept new male patients. Price is for two guests at our Port Elliot Beach House which is a 5 min walk to popular Boomers Beach. Designed by Lydia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, we commence with a private 60 min Tantric Vedic Yoga & Meditation Class in indoor peaceful studio which overlooks the tranquility garden. Sattvic Morning Tea is served. Each guests receives the following Ayurvedic Spa treatments consecutively. One guest prior to lunch and one guest after lunch break. Signature treatment- Shirodhara Surrender with Full Body Abhyanga Massage with heated medicated oils to holistically revitalize the mind-body constitution, with oils specifically designed for your dosha imbalances. Concluding with a Traditional Indian Sauna "Swedana" in our custom made Shanti Steam box and then followed by.. Then- 2 Course Sattvic Vegan Lunch - seasonally prepared with organically grown produce. A day bed is positioned inside our studio for resting and guests have exclusive access to our day studio with private bathroom for the duration of the retreat. The Retreat is concludes with 45 min Sound Bath & Guided Meditation. Conditions of booking Retreat starts at 9am & ends by 4pm. Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *96 hours notice prior to start time to refund the full booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
