Its perfect to increase your energy and bring calm to your nervous system, strengthening your mental capacity and positivity. Anti- gravity Yoga Class- outdoors 45 mins Float in our silk hammocks above our serenity garden for a divine tantric aerial yoga class. Indian Head & Scalp Massage- seated massage that focuses on deep relaxation by releasing marma points/pressure point therapy. Goddess Facial with Kansa wand massage and Ayurvedic Skin Care "Awe Cosemecticuals" - includes skin polish- deep exfloliation scrub and facial marma point massage with kansa wand. We then continue with full body Ayurvedic Massage - a detoxifying & nourishing treatment to calm the nervous system & ease tension across the mind body network- performed by our Ayurvedic Practitioner with warmed heated herbal oils massaged across the entire body with extra focus on releasing toxins and trapped energy through the marma points. This treatment has a wide array of benefits including: – Promoting blood circulation and removes stiffness – Improving lymphatic drainage – Soothing nerves & relaxes muscles – Improving skin texture and moisture – Reduces overall pain and swelling – Removing metabolic wastes – Releasing stress & anxiety – Inducing better sleep – Bringing complete relaxation to the body as well as the mind. Cancellation Policy

Conditions of booking Cancelation Policy- We require no less than *48 hours notice prior to start time to refund the booking price. *Cancellation due to COVID restrictions/ SA Government lockdowns- All bookings will be rescheduled at a suitable time or if preferred, credit vouchers will be sent. No refunds will be issued.
